For many women caught in the patriarchal environment irrespective of the socio economic strata, basic levels of empowerment are challenging to achieve, TFLS AC facilitates engagement supported by other women who can smoothly make true empowerment and freedom a reality.

TFLS AC takes up Sustainable as well as Sustained Projects. Community Members are encouraged to pick at least one Sustainable and one Sustained Project.

A Sociologist (B.A. Hons. DU), Education & Development Professional (MSc. Development Studies, London School of Economics UoL, United Kingdom) Adv. Deepa Pannwar has diverse experience in the Socio Legal, Education & International NGO Sector.
Apart from her profile as a Legal Counsel she has worked as a project manager at the French government charity, Inter Aide and as a faculty member at SLS (SIU).
